This is a modified deep well Socket to accept an IPR from a 7.3 powerstroke. This socket is 12 point to make sure you get on the IPR no matter what is in your way. This Socket works without removing anything on a 1999-2003 7.3. On a 1994-1997 you will have to unbolt the fuel bowl and rock it out of the way.
